What she does do is blurt out what she’s been thinking since Sectionals, and especially since earlier in the day: “What happened with Quinn?” / Her name gets her, just like it does every time. If he’d used baby, she’d mark it up to one of his tried-and-true panty droppers. But there’s an earnestness when he says Rachel like that that she can’t resist. She can feel herself blushing from head to toe.
why: Ouch. But it ends happy in the second one.
